Propargyl-PEG1-SS-PEG1-PFP ester is a click chemical crosslinking agent. Pale yellow or colorless oil, PFP ester reacts with amine containing molecules. The propargylic group can react with azide containing compounds or biological molecules through copper catalyzed azide alkyne click chemistry to produce stable triazole bonds.
